We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit. Start your return or exchange on our portal here.
Sale, Custom, Engraved, Mystery Bags, Gift Cards, and Mystery Bracelets are final sale. Please note that returned merchandise must be undamaged. If your item is damaged and your purchase date falls outside of our standard return window, please contact lijunlong633@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help you. Just a friendly reminder that all returns must be shipped using the return label provided by CoolCubo for the specific item in that order. At this time, we’re unable to accept returns sent without our label, and each return must be shipped separately using its designated label. If possible, please ship your return in its original packaging to protect it from damages during transit. If you no longer have the original packaging, it’s not a problem. Please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local courier.
For returns, while we don't cover the shipping cost, we'll send you a label and refund your original form of payment minus the return shipping fees. Please note, all returns must be shipped using the provided label from CoolCubo—we will not accept any returns sent without using this label.

Visit our Returns Center and click the ‘Returning a gift’ link below the email entry box. After entering your email address and order information, you’ll be guided through the exchange process and receive step-by-step instructions, a return shipping label, and an order confirmation for your new replacement order.
No, items from multiple orders cannot be returned in the same box. Each order must be returned using the label provided for that specific order.
If returns are combined and the correct labels are not used, we will not be able to issue a refund for the item(s). Additionally, we are not responsible for any extra fees or complications that may arise from combining returns.
To ensure a smooth return process, please use the correct label for each order and ship them separately!
